The great part of hiring a Virtual Assistant is that there are no hidden employment costs. This means:

NO recruiting or training costs

NO employer contributions

NO paying for employee extended health benefits

NO sickness or holiday pay

You only pay for work completed, not for the time I spend on my coffee break. You also do not have to invest in a desk, computer equipment or an ergonomic chair. I have the latest computer software and use my own comfy chair.

The pricing depends on the complexity and urgency of the task. My rates start at:

  • $30 per hour for Office Organization, Word Processing, Social Media Management, Standard Administrative Services, and
  • $50 per hour for Website Management and Development, Desktop Publishing, Process Analysis and Project/Event Coordination.

Extra costs for out-of-pocket expenses like printing, mailing and mileage will be billed as required.

An agreement must be signed before beginning work and a pre-payment of 50% is required for large projects or first-time customers.

YOUR BEST DEAL: For clients who would like to retain my services for a set period per month (minimum 10 hours), the hourly rates are negotiable on discussing your specific requirements. Discounts can range from 10-25% off the hourly rate.
